Make Thames Water colleagues feel their careers have had real value and create a warmth company-wide.

Project outcome

Auditioning a number of Thames Water colleagues meant we could select the best stories - they had to be authentic. We then filmed b-roll of those colleagues going about their working day. This video was very successful and really shows the pride that Thames Water colleagues have.
