For over 16 years, we’ve been working with international brands and businesses to produce everything from short-form internal videos to large scale campaigns for social and TV. We’re looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Editor to join our growing team of eleven video experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work creatively, accurately, and efficiently to edit high quality live action and motion graphics videos that deliver against client expectations, comfortably working across all video styles e.g., adverts, documentaries, graphics-based explainer videos and interview narratives
• Follow storyboards with ease and add creativity and sparkle to every job.
• Create concept and design style frames, animation, or other visual elements from idea to delivery, working with client brand guidelines
• Create punchy music edits and sound design to elevate each video
• Always keep high standards of audio levels, colour correction, graphics, and file organisation.
• Collaborate with other video editors and motion graphics editors both internally and freelance to share and manage projects.
• Multitask and communicate proactively to ensure workload is managed efficiently across the team.
• Look out for new video styles and techniques to share across the team.
• Contribute to client proposals and brainstorms with your own fresh creative ideas.
• Be a problem-solver and eager to develop, learn new skills to continually improve the way you work.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Personal Qualities:

Essential

• Degree educated or equivalent
• 3+ years industry experience
• In-depth working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
• Experienced in Illustrator and Da Vinci Resolve
• Experienced user of macOS
• Great at problem solving and fixing technical issues
• Organised with a high attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, follow direction and work effectively under time pressure
• Positive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work 
• Full UK driving licence and car ownership / access

Desirable

• Professional filming/ lighting/ photography experience
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D
• Graphic design skills
